Cheese waffle with avocado, cheddar and breakfast bacon
A tasty recipe. The lunch contains the following ingredients: meat, medium-sized egg and baking soda.

For the waffle batter, mix the grated cheese, flour, egg, buttermilk and baking soda in a bowl.

Heat the waffle iron, scoop 2 tbsp into the mold and bake the waffle. Repeat with the rest of the batter.

Cut the avocado half in half and remove the kernel. Scoop the flesh from the skin with a spoon and prick with a fork.

Fill the cavities of the waffle with the avocado puree and the cheddar and wrap each waffle with some slices of bacon.

Heat a frying pan over medium heat. Bake the waffle in approx. 4 minutes until golden brown.

Start with the side with all the loose ends of the slices of bacon so that they stick together by baking.

Turn over and cook for 4 minutes until golden brown. Serve the waffles hot and sprinkle with some extra cheddar.
