Clean the potatoes and cook in 12 minutes until done.

Bring a pot of water to the boil and cook the asparagus tips in 1 min. Until al dente. Add after 30 sec. the samphire. Drain and rinse cold under running water.

Halve the lemon. Cut a half into pieces and squeeze out the other half. Cut the dill finely.

In a large bowl, mix the lemon juice with the dill, mustard and oil into a dressing. Season with (freshly ground) pepper.

Drain the potatoes and halve them. Mix them through the dressing and leave for 5 minutes. Add the vegetables.

Divide the shrimp over it and serve with the lemon slices. Bon appétit! .
