Cheesecake
A tasty French recipe. The vegetarian starter contains the following ingredients: flour, butter or margarine, milk, eggs, salt and pepper and gruyere (cheese grated).

Preheat oven to 225 ° C or gas oven 5.

Top bowl of flour.

In a large saucepan, bring butter with 1 dl of water and milk slowly to the boil.

Flavor batter with salt and pepper.

Grease the baking sheet with parchment paper.

Mash the batter with 2 tablespoons in a large circle on the baking tray.

Loosen the last egg and cover the dough circle with a brush.

Sprinkle with rest of grated cheese.

Spread the dough in the middle of the oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
