Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Cut half of the white chocolate into pieces and scrape the rest into curls. Set the chocolate curls aside.

Beat the butter with the sugar lightly. Add the cottage cheese, egg yolks, orange zest, orange shavings, liqueur, almonds and flour.

Beat the egg whites stiffly with a pinch of salt. Fold this with the chopped white chocolate through the curd mixture.

Spoon the mixture into the mold and bake the pie in a light brown and cooked oven for about 50 minutes in the middle of the oven. Cover with aluminum foil if the cake gets too dark. Allow the cake to cool in the form. This can be done a day in advance.

Remove the cake from the mold and drizzle the chocolate sauce over the top. Sprinkle with white and dark chocolate curls.
