Cheesecake with raisins and orange


A tasty recipe. The dessert contains the following ingredients: white gelatine, oranges, raisins, whole cottage cheese, white caster sugar, whipped cream, butter, wholemeal biscuits, orange marmalade, orange liqueur (liquorice) and fresh mint (a 15 g).

Directions

  1. Gelatine soaked for 5 minutes in cold water. From 1 orange 1 tsp zest zest and press orange. Mix raisins with orange zest and 1 tbsp orange juice. (In microwave) heat the remainder of orange juice. Peel gelatin and roast in warm juice. Let the mixture cool slightly. Frother in a bowl of cottage cheese, gelatin mixture, raisins and sugar. In other bowl, whipped cream stiffly. Create cream through cottage cheese mixture. Melt butter in pan or microwave. Biscuit cookies in a food processor (or in a plastic bag, with a rolling pin) and mix crumbs with melted butter. Form spring form with baking paper, also the edges. Spread the cake mixture over the bottom of the mold and press firmly with a convex side of the spoon. Prepare cottage cheese mixture and smooth out top. Let cake stiffen in refrigerator for at least 3 hours.
  2. Peel the rest of the oranges thick and cut each into 5-6 slices. (In microwave) heat marmalade with liqueur. Cover the top of the pie with it. Garnish with orange slices and mint leaves.
