Put the raspberries, sugar and water in a saucepan. Bring to the boil and cook for 5 minutes on medium heat. Stir frequently.

Remove the pan from the heat and push the fruit puree through a ball sieve. Collect the coulis in a bowl and let cool for 30 minutes. Serve at room temperature.
