Tiramisu with cantuccini and caramel sauce
Dessert made from whipped cream, caramel fudge, coffee, coffee liqueur and tiramisu cream.

Heat the cream and fudge in a saucepan until the fudge is melted. Stir well and cook gently for 3 minutes. Let the sauce cool down.

In the meantime, keep 1 cantuccini per person separate for garnishing. Crumble the rest of the cantuccini into coarse pieces and spread over the glasses.

Mix the coffee with the liqueur and pour over the cantuccini.

Divide ⅔ of the caramel sauce over the glasses. Then divide the Crema per Tiramisù.

Put a cantuccini in each glass and sprinkle with the rest of the caramel sauce.
