French apple pie with calvados
A tasty French recipe. The vegetarian dessert contains the following ingredients: raisins, calvados (soft drinks), soft butter (diced), white caster sugar, flour, eggs (split (protein is not used)), freshly sour apples (peeled and thinly sliced) and apricot jam.

In small bowl raisins with mixing and marinate for at least 4 hours.

Preheat the oven to 200 ºC.

In bowl, stir in butter with 100 g of sugar until smooth.

Add flour, egg yolks and 2 tbsp cold water and knead everything into a supple dough.

Roll out the dough onto a floured work surface to form a round piece that is slightly larger than a cake tin.

Cake mold with dough.

Drain the raisins and distribute them over the bottom.

Place apple slices in overlapping circles.

Sprinkle the rest of sugar over it.

Bake the oven for about 45 minutes.

Drizzle the apricot jam with 1 tbsp water in a small pan.
