Strawberries dipped in Chocolate

Let the chocolates melt in separate bowls in a bain-marie while stirring until most of the lumps have disappeared. Remove them from the heat source and stir until the chocolate is completely smooth.

Take the strawberries by the crown or prick them on a fork. First dip them with the tip in the pepper and then in the chocolate. Make four strawberries in white, milk or dark chocolate and put them directly on a piece of baking paper to stiffen.

Serve with coffee or with a scoop of ice cream.
