Lemon mint granita
A tasty Italian recipe. The dessert contains the following ingredients: lemons (cleaned), sugar and fresh mint (finely chopped).
Grate the yellow skin of the lemons and press the fruits. Heat 700 ml of water with the grater, juice and sugar in a saucepan until the sugar is dissolved. Allow to cool in a freezer box.
Add the fresh mint. Allow to set for 3 hours in the freezer. After 1 hour stir with a fork. Repeat 4 times, after every half hour. Serve the granita in small glasses.
