Halve the grapes. Break the long fingers into pieces and divide them over the glasses. Sprinkle the wine or juice over it. Divide a third of the grapes.

Beat in the vanilla cheese and mascarpone with the hand mixer to an airy cream. Spoon half of the cream over the grapes in the glasses. Divide about a third of the grapes and divide the rest of the cream.

Garnish with the rest of the grapes. Put the glasses in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour so that the taste can withdraw.
