Ingredients
Directions
-
Light the barbecue. Cut the peel of the pineapple, cut the pineapple into 8 parts and remove the hard core.
-
Mix the vanilla sugar and caster sugar. Spade the pineapple in this. Leave covered for 1 hour. Spoil a few times in between.
-
Let the pineapple over the sugar mixture a little drain and keep the sugar mixture. Thread the pineapple on the barbecue pins.
-
Roast the pineapple for 10 minutes on the barbecue. Turn regularly and occasionally transfer some of the sugar mixture.
-
Carefully do this so that there is not too much dripping on the charcoal of the barbecue.
-
Serve the grilled pineapple with the cinnamon ice cream. Serve immediately.
