Chicken and pumpkin from the oven
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, orange pumpkin (scrubbed), drumsticks, coriander seeds (mashed), olive oil, rucola (finely chopped) and balsamic vinegar.

Preheat the oven to 200 ° C. Cut the pumpkin in four. Scoop out the seeds and then cut the pieces into pieces.

Spoon the drumsticks, pumpkin, coriander seeds and 2 tbsp olive oil in a bowl. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Spread the pieces evenly over the baking sheet.

Slide the baking sheet in the middle of the oven. Roast the chicken and vegetables in approx. 40 min. Until golden brown and done.

Scrape the finely chopped arugula, vinegar and remaining oil just before serving and add salt and pepper. Divide the chicken and pumpkin over 4 plates spoon the rucola salsa over it. Tasty with a green salad.
