Hearts lasagna with tomato-minced meat sauce
Lasagne in heart shape with tomato minced sauce and fresh basil.

Chop the onion and finely chop the garlic.

Heat the oil in a frying pan. Fry the onion over medium heat for 3 minutes and add the garlic. Bake for 1 min.

Add the minced beef and stir fry. Stir in the tomato puree and fry briefly.

Pour the tomato cubes and season the sauce with salt, pepper and sugar. Let the sauce simmer gently with the lid on the pan for 15 minutes.

Grate the cheese and cut the basil coarsely.

Cut or cut 1 large heart from each lasagne sheet.

Cook the lasagne hearts in a large pan of boiling water with 2 tsp salt. Let them slide one by one in the pan. Keep stirring so that they do not stick together. Cook in 3-4 minutes until al dente.

Place 1 lasagna heart on each plate. Spoon the tomato sauce and cover with a heart. Repeat and finish with a lasagna heart.
