Thai noodle stir fry with steak strips


Noodle dish with steak, cabbage, ginger, paprika and coriander.

Directions

  1. Sprinkle the steaks with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the steaks for 6 min. On medium heat. Turn halfway.
  3. Remove from the pan and leave to rest on a plate under aluminum foil.
  4. In the meantime, prepare the noodles according to the instructions on the packaging.
  5. Meanwhile, cut the onions into half rings. Peel and grate the ginger.
  6. Halve the peppers, remove the stalk and seedings and cut the flesh into half rings.
  7. Heat the onion and ginger for 1 min on a high heat in a stirring fruit. Add the bell pepper and cook for 3 minutes.
  8. Add the cabbage and stir-fry for another 1 min.
  9. Drain the noodles and add with the soy sauce to the vegetables. Spoon well and heat for 1 min.
  10. Cut the steak into thin slices and spread over the stir fry. Cut the coriander coarse, garnish the noodles with it.
