Sprinkle the chicken bolts with curry powder, pepper and salt. Heat the baking product in a frying pan and fry the chicken around golden brown.

Clean the oranges and grate ½ tablespoon of the peel.

Squeeze the oranges and add the orange juice with the marmalade and the cinnamon to the chicken. Place the lid on the pan. Cook for 30 minutes.

Brush or wipe the mushrooms clean and halve them or divide them into slices.

Drain the mandarin oranges and add some juice to the chicken bolts.

Add the mushrooms, mandarins and orange zest to the chicken bolts. Cook for 10 minutes with the lid on the pan and cook the rice and green beans in this dish.
