Prepare the instructions according to the instructions on the packaging.

Heat the oil in a stirring fruit the ginger and garlic for 1 minute on a low setting.

Stir fry the steak strips for 1/2 minute on a high setting.

Add the sweet soy sauce and oyster sauce and pour in the noodles, beansprouts and cucumber strips. Stir fry for 1 minute.

Sprinkle with coriander and cashew nuts. Serve immediately.
