Indian curry with pangasius fillet
A nice Indian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: basmati rice, oil, onion (chopped), leek (in rings), Indian (mild curry sauce (400 g)), pangasius fillet ((fish, bag 750 g, frozen), thawed) and garden peas (frozen ).

Boil the rice according to the instructions on the packaging. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the onion for 3 minutes. Then add the leek and cook for 2 minutes. Add the curry sauce and 75 ml of water and heat until the sauce almost boils. Turn the heat down.

Cut the pangasius fillet into pieces. Place the fish in the pan of the curry sauce and simmer with the lid on the pan for 10 minutes.

Cook the garden peas in water for 3 minutes and scoop through the rice. Spoon the curry into 4 bowls and serve the rice with garden peas.
