Directions

  1. Sprinkle the chicken chops with salt and pepper. Heat the olive oil and fry the chicken around golden brown.
  2. Add the garlic and the thyme and fry them.
  3. Add the sherry, the soy sauce and the honey, simmer and let it thicken slightly.
  4. Pour in the stock, lay the lemon slices on the chicken and cook for another 15 minutes with a lid.
  5. Sprinkle the spring onions for serving over the chicken.
