Chicken cordon bleu with cucumber salad
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, brown rice (pack 400 g), olive oil, chicken cordon bleu (a 2 pieces), cucumber, onion (finely chopped), celery (leaf and stems in strips) and salad dressing (bottle 270 ml) .

Boil the rice according to the instructions on the package. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the cordon bleu in 10 min. Golden brown and crispy.

Scrape the cucumber into slices. Mix with the onion, the celery and the salad dressing. Season with salt and pepper.

Divide the chicken over 4 plates and add the rice and the cucumber celery salad.
