Chicken dish with green beans
A nice Turkish recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, green beans, onions, beef tomatoes, chicken drumsticks (a 100 g), paprika powder spicy, salt, (freshly ground) pepper, olive oil, ground coriander (ketoembar), garlic, fresh oregano (a 15 g), tomato paste and parsley.

Sow, clean and halve green beans.

Peel onions and finely chop.

Immerse tomatoes, submerge them in boiling water for a few seconds, rinse under cold water, skim, remove seeds and cut flesh into small pieces.

Sprinkle chicken drumsticks with half of paprika, salt and pepper.

Heat oil in frying pan.

chicken drumsticks roast on medium-high heat around brown.

Take out of the pan.

Add onion and bake for about 3 minutes.

Stir in coriander and the rest of paprika powder.

Peel the garlic and press it over it.

Add oregano, tomatoes, tomato paste and a few tablespoons of water.

Season with salt and pepper.

Cook for about 2 minutes on high heat.

add chicken drumsticks and stew for about 15 minutes covered.

Add green beans and gently whisk until done for about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Parsley above it finely cut and mashed for about 1 minute.

Serve with rice..
