Chicken fillet in mustard cream sauce
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, brown rice (bag a 1 kg), onion, olive oil, chicken breast cubes, fresh thyme (a 15 g), Zaanse mustard (pot a 335 g), whipped cream (250 ml), celery and apples ( Granny Smith (scale a 6 pieces)).
Boil rice according to directions on packaging.
Peel and chop onions.
Heat olive oil in a skillet.
Add onion and chicken cubes and stir-fry for about 5 minutes.
Sprinkle thyme leaves from twigs.
Mix mustard and thyme leaves with chicken.
Add whipped cream and warm well.
Add celery and cook gently for 10 minutes.
Washing apples, cutting in four, removing cores and cutting apples into thin segments.
Mix half apple slices with sauce.
Divide rice into 4 plates, add sauce and garnish with reserved apple pieces..
