Chicken fillet with chocolate sauce

Directions

  1. Rub the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Finely chop the nuts and leave some nuts for garnishing.
  2. Heat the baking product and fry the chicken breasts around brown in about 5 minutes. Take the chicken out of the pan.
  3. Fry the onion for 3 minutes together with the garlic. Add cinnamon, ketoembar and chili powder. Fry this for 1 minute.
  4. Add the sifted tomatoes, the chocolate and the stock tablet. Bring the mixture to the boil and let it boil for 3 minutes without lid on the pan. Stir occasionally.
  5. Stir in the raisins. Put the chicken breasts back in the sauce and let them cook gently in 8 minutes without a lid.
  6. Remove the chicken fillets from the pan and place them on a preheated dish. Stir the parsley through the sauce, along with the chopped nuts. Finish the sauce with the cream.
  7. Serve the chicken with the sauce and garnish the dish with nuts. Tasty with a rice-filled pointed pepper and corn.
