Chop the shallots.

Sprinkle the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.

Fry the fillets on each side for 2 minutes in the butter, not too high.

Add the shallots and fry for 1 minute.

Add the fresh tarragon or 1 teaspoon dried), white wine and whipped cream.

Turn down the heat, cover the pan with a lid and let it cook for 10 minutes.

Wash the grapes and dry them with kitchen paper.

Remove the chicken from the pan and keep it warm under aluminum foil.

Boil the sauce to the desired thickness and warm the grapes for 1 minute.

Serve the chicken together with the grape sauce.
