Chicken fillet with warm tomato vinaigrette
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, broccoli, dried tomatoes in oil (a 280 g), fries (frozen), chicken fillet (about 300 g), (wine) vinegar and deep-frying fat.

Heat frying fat.

Clean broccoli, divide into florets, cut stems into pieces and cook broccoli in 8 min.

Dried tomatoes cut into strips.

Frites according to baking instructions.

Cut chicken fillet into slices and sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Heat 3 tbsp of tomato oil in frying pan and fry chicken for 2 min on both sides.

Remove meat from the pan and keep warm.

Add vinegar to shortening, stir through and let it warm up completely.

Chicken with vinaigrette, broccoli and fries serve.

Delicious with aïoli (garlic mayonnaise) at the French fries..
