Ingredients
- 1000 gram chicken leg
- 1 stock cube possibly
- 2 tablespoon oil
- 1 onion grated
- 2 clove garlic pressed
- 8 tablespoon tomato paste
- 6 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 4 tablespoon vinegar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Teaspoon pepper freshly ground
- 2 tablespoon Brown sugar
- 1 mespoint chili powder
- 400 gram tomato cubes look
- 2 drop Tabasco

Directions

Let the chicken legs in water with the bouillon cube or salt against boiling in about 20 minutes pre-cooking. Drain and let them drain well.

In the meantime, heat the oil and fry the onion and garlic until lightly browned.

Add the rest of the ingredients except the tabasco and bring to the boil while stirring. Let the sauce simmer for 10 minutes. Season with a tabasco.

Scoop part of the sauce through the chicken legs and bake it on a skottel braai or grill plate. Brush the meat regularly with the sauce so that it does not get too dry.
