Preheat the oven to 200ºC.

Mix the salted butter with the garlic, parsley, lemon zest and juice. Cut the chicken fillets, fill them with the herb butter and stick.

Roll the fillets through the flour, pass through the egg and then through the breadcrumbs. Heat the butter and fry the chicken golden brown and crisp.

Put the fillets in an oven dish and bake them in the oven for about 15 minutes. Tasty with baked potatoes or rice.
