Cauliflower puree with old cheese
A tasty Dutch recipe. The vegetarian side dish contains the following ingredients: cauliflower, sour cream, nutmeg, grated old cheese, fresh parsley (flat and chopped).

Divide 1 cauliflower into florets and cut the stalk into pieces.

Cook the cauliflower in 10 minutes and drain.

Add 4 tbsp sour cream with salt, pepper and nutmeg to taste and puree the cauliflower with a hand blender.

Warm the puree well.

Serve the cauliflower puree in a warm dish and sprinkle 50 g grated old cheese and 1 tbsp chopped flat parsley..
