Potato salad with trout
A tasty Dutch recipe. The side dish contains the following ingredients: fish, new potatoes (scrubbed), salted butter, smoked trout fillet, cider vinegar (organic or 1/2 lemon, scrubbed) and chives (finely chopped).

Boil the potatoes for 15-20 minutes in water with salt or until they are wonderfully soft if you prick them with a fork. Drain them in a colander and let them dry steam.

Put the potatoes in a large bowl and crush a few for variation in the texture. Add the butter and season to taste with salt and pepper.

Break half of the trout into pieces and add together with the vinegar. You can also use a dash of lemon juice and the grated yellow skin of the lemon. Hussle everything equally. Break the rest of the trout into pieces and spread over the salad. Sprinkle with the chopped chives.
