Tzatziki


Vegetarian Greek dish with garlic, cucumber, Greek yogurt, creme fraiche, olive oil, wine vinegar, sugar and dill.

Directions

  1. Chop the garlic finely.
  2. Peel the cucumber. Remove the seeds and grate fine.
  3. Wrap the cucumber in a tea towel and press out as much moisture as possible from the cucumber.
  4. Stir in the yoghurt and crème fraîche.
  5. Stir in the garlic, cucumber, oil and vinegar. Season with salt, pepper and sugar.
  6. Cut the dill above the tzatziki fine. Serve cold.
