Peel the cucumber, cut it in half lengthwise and scoop out the seed lists with the help of a teaspoon. Then cut the cucumber into cubes.

Beat a dressing of the lemon juice and the oil. Season with salt and pepper.

Cut the tomatoes and the bread into cubes. Cut the basil into strips. Spoon the tomatoes, bread, basil and cucumber with the dressing.
