Chicken liver in stroganoff sauce
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, quick-cooking rice, chicken liver, butter, chestnut mushrooms (in slices), red pepper (in narrow strips), paprika powder, sherry (medium dry) and whipped cream.
Cook the rice according to the instructions for use and leave it covered for 10 minutes.
Heat butter in frying pan and stir-fry chicken for 1 min.
Add mushrooms and peppers and fry for 3 minutes.
Pepper powder over it and sprinkle with sherry.
Pour the cream into the pan, bring to the boil and reduce for 2-3 minutes.
Stroganoff sauce to taste with salt and pepper.
Divide rice into four plates and create sauce next to it..
