Chicken meatballs in pumpkin sauce
Homemade meatballs of minced meat with pumpkin sauce, feta and parsley.

Turn the balls of the minced chicken to the size of a walnut.

Heat a frying pan with non-stick coating without oil or butter and bake the balls in 5 min. On medium heat around brown.

Add the pumpkin-vegetable sauce. Fill the bottle that the sauce was in for ⅓ with water and add too.

Bring to the boil, stir and simmer for another 8 minutes on low heat. Stir occasionally. Meanwhile, crush the feta and finely chop the parsley.

Put the balls with sauce in a bowl and spread the feta and parsley over it. Serve with cocktail sticks.
