Mini skewers with mint dip
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian appetizer contains the following ingredients: mini-delights, mild Indian curry paste, tzatziki and fresh mint (finely chopped).

Mix cob in length on approx. 12 soaked satay sticks and thinly coat with curry paste. Stir in fresh tzatziki and fresh mint. Skewers and dip until use, covered, stored in refrigerator.

Rub corn on a greased grill topper for 2 to 3 minutes on each side. Place skewers on a scale and serve sauce.
