Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 190ºC. Line the baking tin with baking paper.
  2. Roast the pine nuts in a dry, hot frying pan. Grind the chicken fillet finely in the food processor, then add the bread and the spinach and mix into a whole.
  3. Put the chicken mixture in a bowl and add the egg, the mustard, garlic, onion, oregano, to and pine nuts. Mix well and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Put the minced meat in the baking tin, press firmly and put in the oven for about 40 minutes. Remove the chicken meat loaf from the oven, let it cool down and cut into slices.
