Preheat the oven to 220 ºC.

Squeeze out the garlic. Grease the bottom of the cross with the oil and garlic and sprinkle with pepper.

Put the chicken fillets in the dish and pour the tomato sauce over it. Make sure the chicken is completely covered with the sauce.

Divide the chopped basil over it.

Divide the mozzarella and Parmesan cheese over the sauce.

Divide the croutons and the rest of the mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.

Fry the chicken in the middle of the oven for about 45 minutes until golden brown. Cover the dish with aluminum foil if the top becomes too brown.
