Tagliatelle with asparagus and parma ham
Pasta with white asparagus, Parma ham and fresh chives.

Peel the asparagus all around with a peeler from just below the cup and remove the woody bottom. Cut into thin slices.

Cook the tagliatelle according to the instructions on the packaging. Cook the asparagus for the last 5 minutes. Drain and put back in the pan.

In the meantime, prepare the sauce according to the instructions on the packaging. Mix with the tagliatelle and the asparagus.

Tear the Parma ham into small pieces and add to the pasta. Slice the chives and sprinkle over the pasta.

Season with salt and pepper and mix well.
