Cook Penne according to instructions for use, rinse in cold water with colander and drain.

Dried pine nuts in a dry frying pan brown. Cut the zucchini into cubes and cook for 1 min.

Cut sun-dried tomatoes into strips. Peel and chop onions.

Mix the penne, zucchini, pine nuts, onion, tomato and tuna. Season with salt and pepper. Spread pasta salad over plates.
