Pasta salad with tuna, sundried tomatoes, zucchini and pine nuts.

Directions

  1. Cook Penne according to instructions for use, rinse in cold water with colander and drain.
  2. Dried pine nuts in a dry frying pan brown. Cut the zucchini into cubes and cook for 1 min.
  3. Cut sun-dried tomatoes into strips. Peel and chop onions.
  4. Mix the penne, zucchini, pine nuts, onion, tomato and tuna. Season with salt and pepper. Spread pasta salad over plates.
