Directions

  1. Heat the oil in a thick-bottomed pan and fry the chicken cubes and shallot until golden on medium height. Add the almonds and fry for a few minutes at a low setting.
  2. Add the rice and stock and stir well. Put a lid on the pan and cook the rice in about 10 minutes until done.
  3. Meanwhile, halve the nectarines and remove the kernel. Cut the flesh into cubes and scoop through the pilav.
  4. Leave the dish covered for about 5 minutes. Sprinkle with the parsley.
