Chicken shawarma with raw salad
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, cucumber (in thin slices), Dutch (raw vegetables (a 150 g)), dressing garlic (bottle 270 ml), olive oil, chicken breast strips (shawarma (about 400 g)), red pepper ( in strips) and shoarma rolls (8 pieces).

Mix the cucumber, raw vegetables and salad dressing. Season with salt and pepper.

Heat the oil in a stirring stir fry the chicken shreds 2 min. Scoop the pepper through and cook for another 4 minutes.

Meanwhile, roast the rolls in the toaster until brown and crunchy. Cut them open. Put in some salad and divide the shawarma about it. Place on a plate and serve with the rest of the salad.
