Teriyaki honey chicken skewers with vegetable tray
Grilled teriyaki honey skewers with Japanese vegetable stir fry and nut rice.

Cut the chicken into cubes of 2x2 cm and thread it on the skewers.

Place the chicken skewers in a low bowl and drizzle with the wok sauce. Cover the dish with cling film and marinate in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.

Meanwhile, cook the rice according to the instructions on the packaging.

Heat the grill pan without oil or butter and grill the chicken skewers in 8-10 min. Until done. Times regularly.

Heat the oil in a wok stir fry the wok vegetable 3 min. On high heat. Add the wok sauce and stir-fry for another 1 min.

Grate the green skin of half of the lime and cut the fruit into 8 parts.

Add the lime zest to the rice and spread over the plates. Spoon the wok vegetable next to it and spread the chicken skewers over the plates.

Serve with the wedges of lime.
