Pasta with mushrooms and pine nuts
A tasty Italian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, farfalle (bow tie), tomatoes, Thousand Island dressing (bottle a 450 ml), mushrooms (a 250 g), thin bacon strips (duopak a 250 g), pine nuts (50 g), magor ( cheese, 150 g) and crème fraîche (125 ml).

Cook Farfalle according to instructions.

Clean tomatoes and cut into wedges.

Mixing tomatoes with dressing.

Clean mushrooms and cut into slices.

Fry bacon strips in a frying pan.

Remove bacon strips from the pan and bake mushrooms for about 5 minutes in leftover cooking fat.

Meanwhile, roast pine nuts briefly in dry frying pan.

Stir in the Magor, crème fraîche and bacon strips with mushrooms and simmer for approx.

2 minutes.

Mushroom sauce by mixing pasta.

Sprinkle pine nuts over it.

Serve immediately..
