Bacon steaks with mustard and fresh cabbage stew
A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, bacon steaks (straight), Dijon mustard (jar 215 g), flour, butter or margarine, crumbly cooking potatoes (bag 800 g), onions (in half rings), pointed cabbage (in small strips), apples (with peel and in parts).

Halve the bacon steaks and rub them in with salt, pepper and 2 tbsp mustard.

Sprinkle the flour in a deep plate and get the bacon slices through the flour.

Heat about 40 grams of butter in a frying pan or frying pan and fry the bacon strips according to the instructions on the package.

Cook the potatoes according to the instructions on the package.

Heat the rest of the butter in a wok or frying pan and brown the onions.

Spoon the pointed cabbage and let the coal shrink.

Spoon the apple slices and 1 tbsp mustard and let the apples warm up.

Drain the potatoes and crush them coarsely.

Scoop the coal mixture through.

Season with salt and pepper.
