  1. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C. Make a marinade of 2 tbsp oil, the garlic, sugar, ketchup, 3 tbsp soy sauce, salt and pepper. Halve the lime. Squeeze out 1 half. Put the juice in the marinade.   2. Roast the sesame seeds in a frying pan without oil or butter in 3 min. Golden brown. Let cool on a plate. Boil the rice according to the instructions on the package. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a stir-fry stir-fry the spinach until it has shrunk. Spoon the rest of the soy sauce and sesame seed through. Serve the chicken with the rice and spinach. Garnish with the other lime half in parts.
