Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C. Make a marinade of 2 tbsp oil, the garlic, sugar, ketchup, 3 tbsp soy sauce, salt and pepper. Halve the lime. Squeeze out 1 half. Put the juice in the marinade.
