Turkey fillet tandoori
A nice Indian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, Greek yogurt (150 ml cup), Indian curry paste Tandoori (pot a 312 g), turkey breast (approx. 200 g), cucumbers, beef tomatoes, garlic and naan bread with garlic and coriander (280 g).

Mix 3 tablespoons of yogurt with curry paste.

Cut the turkey fillet into slices and spread with curry paste mixture.

Covered, marinate for approx.

10 minutes.

Clean cucumber and slice into slices with cheese slicer.

Sprinkle cucumber with salt and pepper.

Wash and quarter tomatoes, remove seeds and cut flesh into strips.

Stirring tomatoes and cucumber together.

Squeeze the garlic on top and add the remaining yoghurt.

heat flat bread according to instructions.

Heat the grill pan and roast turkey fillet in about 5 minutes, halfway through.
