Directions

  1. Squeeze out the garlic. Finely chop the herbs. Stir in a bowl the garlic with the oregano, paprika, 2 tablespoons of lime juice and 2/3 of the olive oil into a marinade.
  2. Cut the chicken fillet into pieces Put in the pieces of chicken fillet and let them marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
  3. Peel the mango and cut the pulp on two sides along the flat side of the pit.
  4. Cut these large pieces of pulp into nice cubes and as large as the pieces of chicken breast.
  5. Peel the bananas and cut each banana into pieces of about 3 cm.
  6. Stick the pieces of chicken on the skewers, alternating between a block of mango or a piece of banana.
  7. Brush the fruit thinly with oil and roast the skewers on the barbecue in 8-10 minutes nicely browned and cooked. Turn the skewers regularly.
  8. Make sure the meat is cooked through and through! Tasty with curry sauce.
