Chicken slices with cashew nut sauce

Squeeze the garlic and finely chop the pepper.

Finely chop the nuts.

In a bowl, stir in a marinade of the lime juice and grater, 4/5 of the oil, half of the garlic, half of the ginger, half of the red pepper and 1/3 of the soy sauce.

Put the chicken cubes through them and let them marinate for at least 30 minutes.

Heat 1/5 of the oil in a saucepan and gently fry the remaining garlic, ginger and red pepper.

Stir in the cashew nuts, fry until it smells nice and add the water and 2/3 of the soy sauce.

Let the sauce simmer gently for 6-8 minutes until it becomes a sauce.

Add more water if necessary.

Stick 2 pieces of chicken on each skewer, brush with the remaining oil and grill the skewers in a hot grill pan over medium heat in 6-8 minutes until browned and done.

Place the skewers on plates with a piece of field lettuce next to it.

Spoon the sauce over it.
