Chicken soy sauce with cucumber atjar
Atjar of cucumber with chicken soy sauce.
Remove the peel from the cucumbers with a cheese slicer and scrape the cucumbers into thin slices. Stir together the chili sauce and the vinegar and add salt to taste. Mix through the cucumber and put the atjar covered in the refrigerator until use.
Boil the rice according to the instructions on the package.
Meanwhile, mix the ketjapmarinademet with the sambal and brush the chicken with it. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the chicken over medium heat for about 12 minutes. Cut the chicken into slanted slices.
Divide the rice over the plates and put the slices of chicken on it. Serve with the cucumber atjar.
