Directions

  1. Cut the onion and finely chop the garlic.
  2. Let the dried apples burn for half an hour in half the beer.
  3. Roast the nuts in a dry frying pan.
  4. Wash the bottle gourd and clean the pumpkin: cut it and remove the wires and seeds.
  5. Cut the pumpkin into small pieces.

  7. Heat the olive oil in a skillet and brown the chicken on all sides.

  9. Add the remaining beer and stock.

  11. Add the pumpkin and let the chicken simmer for 30 minutes.
  12. Add the apples and leave for fifteen minutes.
  13. Season with salt.
  14. Before serving, pour the nuts over it.
  15. Tip: serve with a smooth puree.
