Chicken stew with beer

Cut the onion and finely chop the garlic.

Let the dried apples burn for half an hour in half the beer.

Roast the nuts in a dry frying pan.

Wash the bottle gourd and clean the pumpkin: cut it and remove the wires and seeds.

Cut the pumpkin into small pieces.

Lubricate the chicken drumsticks with salt and some cinnamon.

Heat the olive oil in a skillet and brown the chicken on all sides.

Then add the onions and garlic and cook until the onion is translucent.

Add the remaining beer and stock.

Put the pan on the smallest burner, add spices to taste.

Add the pumpkin and let the chicken simmer for 30 minutes.

Add the apples and leave for fifteen minutes.

Season with salt.

Before serving, pour the nuts over it.
