Cut the chorizo into cubes, chop the onion, finely chop the garlic and the vine tomatoes into pieces. Heat the oil in a frying pan.

Fry the chicken in brown for 4 minutes. Then remove the chicken from the pan and fry the chorizo in the same pan for 3 minutes. Add the onion and garlic and cook for 2 minutes.

Add the tomatoes, wine and bay leaves and season with salt and pepper. Bake the whole 3 minutes.

Put the chicken back in the pan and simmer for about 30 minutes with the lid on the pan over low heat. Remove the chicken from the pan and keep warm under aluminum foil.

Raise the heat and let the sauce boil for 6 minutes. Remove the bay leaves. Serve the chicken with the tomato sauce.
